ISAAC GRUBNER

ACADEMIC AND PRACTICE BACKGROUND

Isaac Grubner graduated with his BA from the University of Toronto and obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor in the Province of Ontario. Isaac began practicing law in March, 1978 in the City of Toronto and has been procticing for 38 years. He is also a registered Trade-mark Agent with the Government of Canada and a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario.

Isaac is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Lawyer Referral Service Program.
His areas of practice have been Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial law, Leasing and Franchise Law with a specialty in buying and selling pharmaceutical practices. During this time he has closed approximately 10,000 real estate, mortgage, and commercial transactions ranging from the purchase of office buildings, commercial plazas, the purchase of incorporated and unincorporated businesses, residential homes and condominiums. Isaac has been particularly adept in negotiating settlement of difficult real estate transactions.

Isaac is also an active real estate investor who owns several multi unit residential apartment buildings and commercial properties.

He is president of Justice Management Corporation and Taryag Investment Inc. which are both real estate holding companies. He has assisted many clients and friends in acquiring real estate investment portfolios and has lectured at several real estate brokerage companies regarding the pitfalls in drafting an agreement of purchase and sale.

High school, College, and University students have been employed by Isaac to gain experience in the field of law. Isaac has been especially instrumental in hiring and training Centennial College legal secretarial students and has been offered a position on Centennial College’s advisory board.
Isaac is involved in several community charities and associations and was instrumental in opening a school for Hearing Impaired children.

Over the past several years Isaac has been involved in negotiating and structuring complex Pharmacy transactions on behalf of numerous clients and has gained a reputation for integrity and professionalism in this area of law.

Clients, have appreciated his legal practical advice, reasonable fees and prompt courteous service.
